1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lovly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lovly is a couple connection app that provides a shared drawing canvas, mood check-ins, mini messages, and other relationship-building features. The service requires pairing with another user (your partner).

3. Account

• You must sign in using Sign in with Apple
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• One account per person; one partner pairing per account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

The App provides basic functionality for free with certain limits (e.g., limited memories, canvas saves, mood history).

Lovly+ (Premium)

• Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Pricing

• Monthly: $3.99/month
• Yearly: $19.99/year (with 7-day free trial)
• Lifetime: $39.99 one-time purchase

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (drawings, messages, photos, etc.)
• You grant Lovly a license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
• You are responsible for the content you share
• Do not use the App to share illegal, harmful, or abusive content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Create multiple accounts or share invite codes publicly
• Use the App if you are under 13 years of age

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
