How do I pair with my partner?
After signing in, one of you taps “I’m here first” and sends the invite, which carries a unique 8-character code. The other taps “They already invited me” and enters that code (or just opens the invite link). Once paired, you’ll both have access to your shared canvas and all couple features.
How do I add the Lock Screen widget?
Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, then tap the row of widgets under the time. Find Lovly and tap the Canvas widget. Your partner’s next drawing appears there.
Does my partner need to pay for Lovly+ too?
No. One Lovly+ subscription covers both you and your partner. When one person in the couple subscribes, both members get full access to all premium features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions”. Find Lovly in the list, tap it, then tap “Cancel Subscription”. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In Lovly, open Settings, scroll to “Account” and tap “Delete Account”. This permanently deletes your account, your personal data and what you two shared from Lovly’s servers. Your partner keeps the copy that is already on their phone. You will be asked to confirm with Apple, and it can’t be undone.
What happens if we unpair?
Either of you can disconnect from Settings → Partner → Disconnect. The connection ends for both of you: your partner is told, and Lovly offers to save a copy of your shared drawings and memories first. Live sharing stops (the shared canvas, moods and city are cleared) and nothing new can be added. Each of you keeps your own account and can pair again.
