Lovly (App Store name: "Lovly Couple Widget & Canvas") is made by Menan Sali, an independent developer. It is free, has no ads and no streaks, and runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Both partners need the app. Available in 12 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified).

### How does a drawing get onto my partner’s Lock Screen?
You draw on the shared canvas in Lovly and tap Send. Your partner’s Lovly Lock Screen widget updates with your drawing, so they see it the next time they pick up their phone — without opening the app.

### Is Lovly free?
Yes. Drawing, sending to the Lock Screen, widgets, moods, notes and today’s doodle are free. Lovly+ adds your full canvas history, secret messages, unlimited memories, a shared calendar and themes for $7.99 a month, $44.99 a year (with a 7-day free trial) or $89.99 once, in the US.

### Do both partners need to pay for Lovly+?
No. One Lovly+ purchase unlocks it for the couple — both of you get every Lovly+ feature.

### Does Lovly work for long-distance relationships?
Yes, it was built for them. Drawings, moods and notes sync over the internet, so distance does not matter, and Lovly shows your partner’s local time and city so you can see when they are probably asleep.

### Does Lovly have streaks?
No. There is no streak to lose and no guilt notification. Miss a day or a week and nothing resets.

### Is Lovly on Android?
Not yet. Lovly is iPhone-only and needs iOS 17 or later on both phones, because it is built on Apple’s Lock Screen widgets.

### How do I pair with my partner?
One of you taps “I’m here first” and sends the invite link, which carries an 8-character code. The other installs Lovly and taps “They already invited me”, or simply opens the link. Pairing takes under a minute.

### Is what we draw private?
Yes. Your canvas, moods and notes are shared only with your partner. If you delete your account, what you shared is deleted from Lovly’s servers.
